A deliberately minimal approach: no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics on this website. Here is exactly what is set, and why.

What Cookies
Are
Small files a site stores on your device so it can work properly and remember your choices.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. Last updated: 13 September 2026.
We take a deliberately minimal approach. This public website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The cookies that do exist are the ones needed to sign in securely and to keep the service working.
Cookies
We Use
The full list, grouped by what each one is for.
| Cookie | Category | Purpose and lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookie secure.equatorprivate.com | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in to the secure portal and ties your requests to your session. Deleted when you sign out or the session expires. |
| Security token secure.equatorprivate.com | Strictly necessary | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Session only. |
| Language preference | Preference | Remembers whether you chose English or Arabic so you are not switched back on the next page. Up to 12 months. |
| Google reCAPTCHA google.com | Strictly necessary | Set by Google on the sign-in and registration forms of the secure portal to tell real customers from automated abuse. Governed by Google’s own privacy terms. |
Third Parties
& Fonts
The few external services this site contacts, and what they receive.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces used across the site. Loading a font sends your IP address to Google. No cookie is set by this.
Google reCAPTCHA runs only on the secure portal’s sign-in and registration forms, to block automated attacks on customer accounts.
Links to Instagram, Trustpilot and Google Maps are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from those services until you click, and your visit is not reported to them beforehand.
Controlling
Cookies
What you can turn off, and what happens if you do.
Because we set no advertising or analytics cookies, there is no consent banner to accept or reject. The cookies listed above are either strictly necessary or a preference you set yourself by choosing a language.
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the secure portal, because the session cannot be maintained.
If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page before doing so.
